I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in November a recall was issued and while it was in for the recall at the local cadillac dealer they discovered the frame was completely rotten and missing large chunks to the extent they would not let me drive the vehicle off the lot I had to trailer it home. This would have been an issue with the vehicle prior to my purchase. This was not disclosed and I contacted 309 auto sales and he informed me it was sold as is and nothing can be done. I believe he knew it was an issue or never inspected the vehicle fully and should be held accountable. I am now left with a 7500 dollar paper weight that can not be driven on the road due to extensive rust. Resolution Sought I want a full refund for purchase amount plus interest due to negligence and false advertisement emotional pain and suffering.
