I have been a resident at south thorntree dr apt for four years. I have always paid rent with no question even though over years I have had many maintenance issues. Recently this past August the agency im renting through made me aware the owner of the property is no longer willing to make repairs to the property. The agency is still charging me rent and late fees. I have no AC in the unit , kitchen sink is clogged, and the stove is going out. The agency told me it was best just to move out. I've been searching for a new place to live. Recently I found a property that was in a good price range for me, and the agency gave a rental verification that I owed them 2420. I was denied for the property, and currently still looking for a new place to live. Resolution Sought MY desired out come is for the agency to remove the charges, and not to put this on my credit when I move out. I also would like them not to put I owe them money on rental verifications due to the fact the property is being neglected, so that I came actually find somewhere else to live without any issues.
