Never received item that I purchased

I ordered an Ohio state otterbox. It was debited out of my account immediately. After 5-6 weeks I get a message from shop stating it was shipped. It has been an additional 4weeks and I still have not received it. It shows on the website that my order was fulfilled. But I don't have the product and there is no way to contact to the company. So frustrated

Great overall customer service. Timely and professional

I wanted to buy a shirt and a hat on their website, but one was showing sold out. I contacted the company and they were able to get the item I wanted and went out of their way to help. We get all our fan gear at their store. Thanks
