My son was going on a trip in 2019 but it was cancelled due to COVID. 365 Rescheduled for this year and I paid the full amount by the May 28 2021 date. I purchased trip cancellation and my son decided since he graduated in May not to go on the trip rather go ahead to college. I reached out to 365 sports and spoke with a guy and he stated be would send me a refund and cancellation insurance information. I have called, left emails, and called back to back. No email response nor refund since I made the last payment May 27th 2021. I have already lost Enough money on fees getting the money to this organization as well as obtained passports and ID for my son. This is unheard of and since the only time they respond is to send out invoices for payments. I don't even feel say sending my child to another country with these people. Resolution Sought Refund
