On May 16,2023 I was involved in a Auto accident which was deemed the other driver's fault. On May 19,2023 I took the vehicle to 3M Auto collision to get a estimate located at 601 E. Pontiac Street Fort Wayne Indana 46802,I was given a estimate of approximately 3600 dollars, I then dropped the vehicle off at 3M Auto collision on May 27,2023, then on 6/1/2023 I took 1,000 dollars to 3M Auto collision to get started on the repairs, on or about June 14,2023 I went to 3M Auto collision to see what progress had been made, I was told by Larry Martin that the vehicle would be complete on 6/18/2023 the following week I again went to 3M Auto collision to check on the progress, I was told that they were waiting on the bumper cover to be delivered on June 28,2023 I again went to 3M Auto collision to check on the repairs, I was told again they were waiting on the bumper cover to be delivered, but the repairs would be complete by 7/4/2023 and if I could pay the balance of 2,000 dollars so that the employee's could be paid on July 1,2023 I paid 2,000 dollars, I did not receive my vehicle until July 8,2023, upon getting the vehicle I inspected the vehicle to discover, 3M Auto collision, Larry Martin were paid for services that were never rendered, the bumper cover was attached over a bent frame rail which I was factiously told that whatever work that needed to be done would be done, when inspecting the vehicle I noticed that the battery that I purchased on 4/13/2023 was gone ,theft Resolution Sought I would like to have a full refund for this service, the job was estimated to take 4 days to complete 3M Auto collision had my vehicle for 42 days, this constitutes corrupt business influence, theft, fraud for the services paid for that were not rendered.

The Customer was given an estimate for repairs over 5K, which he did not agree to. The lesser than optimal repairs he agreed to only cost him $3K. He stated he is a long time family friend and expected a discount. We informed him that if the full repairs were not done, the job would be less than perfect, and may take longer due to the search for aftermarket parts. He agreed and was very nice initially. After a few weeks he began to get belligerent. On more than one occasion he made a very big scene. Once even demanding his money and his car back. We promptly complied, an less than a week later, he brought it back literally begging us to do his repair

This is the rebuttal to the company's response. 3M Auto collision falsely alleges that at some point they offered to return the 1,000, I initially paid them had they actually did that this complaint would not have been necessary to file against them this company simply wants to gain the most least work, by using fraudulent labor to justify this practice, in this particular case they stole the battery out of my vehicle, they said the vehicle would be finished on 7/4/2023 which it was not, they would also lead you to believe that business transactions were properly executed I was not given a invoice for the alleged services after inspection it was discovered they attached the bumper cover with self tapping screws. When I expressed to them it was taking them too long, I was told to buy the necessary parts,this is a case of a company trying to defraud a consumer.
