Every time that I will call for a pick up to another location to see whether a sick family member or friend or my job , I'm told to wait on a driver in 10 minutes and end up waiting for an hour or more and no phone call and no approach , there is racial dispare and a lot of fraud going on and I'm being lied to and disrespected..... Resolution Sought Professionalism , to be treated fairly , to not to be lied to and left stranded for hours because of anyone else personal issues and a for them to have a clear understanding on respecting others and a full understanding of ENGLISH LANGUAGE...
