3 months ago I had paid them $340 to change an oxygen sensor and my radiator and two days ago I took my vehicle there for a radiator leak and I also told them that I had a bad coil pack and an oxygen sensor and they told me that they was going to do something and that it would stop the leak and I'm not even 20 minutes after leaving the shop all my antifreeze leaks out in my car smoking I paid about $350 to get my car fixed and then I took it back the next day yesterday and now they want to charge me another $350 because they didn't fix what they were supposed to now I have no vehicle and no money to fix my car and I have already put like $700 into this radiator. Resolution Sought I either want my money back or they need to fix my car and actually fix the things that are wrong with it free of cost because they are the ones that made the mistake not me.

The company sent receipts to BCA. Descriptors of everything are very detailed. The vehicle needs a new radiator. We have never changed the radiator. Now, after being falsely accused and lied to, I have no interest in going any further on this vehicle. I have plenty of customers who do not lie. I now have an envelope, stamp and 20 minutes of my day invested.
