We have been texting our landlord about plumbing issues and he had someone come over and change a new faucet on our bath but nothing drains and we can't shower or wash our hands or do dishes or anything and he said it was our problem . We have had floor issues ever since we moved in and it was to the point in the hallway at one point it was about to cave in. There was a crack in the house to where you could see outside the house. He always makes us pay Friday morning but whenever something needs fixed it's our problem. He is a slum lord not a landlord. Resolution Sought I would like them to at least help me resolve the problem with the landlord or help get a landlord who is willing to help good tenants who are never late on payments.
