I having trouble with 4 success realty. I rent this house I live in. The pipe outside in my yard keeps getting stopped up. I call them to have someone to fix it they told that not they job everything that breaks in this house we have to spent our money to fix it cause when they send someone out to fix anything that put old knobs on the sink and they did not come out to finish my bathroom that needed work am tired of paying rent to 4 Success cause they not trying to fix nothing in this house thank you Resolution Sought Have them to find us a another house and get us back our money we put down for this house I sick of 4 Success Realty

Copy of all work orders submitted and proof of payment provided to BCA for review. The last ticket was from Nov 2021 and that was resolved. All tickets are submitted through a portal to log when they were received. We are unsure of what the tenant is talking about as it relates to having to pay for repairs, or a request for $600.00.
