I live in Belton Texas I'm disabled I'm 55 years old and the water company came and took my meter on January 3rd because of the dogs in my yard not because of non-payment they said that I had to have an easement so that they can get to my water meter 24/7 but 7 years ago they put the digital meter in because of the dogs I put up a privacy fence 5 years ago now why they started this back in January oh I think I know last year 3 months in a row I had a hard time paying my bill so it got cut off well they shut it on and off down there at the the water company I paid their $50 and got it back on each month and I haven't had it shut off well except for when they came and took my meter which we paid $2,000 for I'm having to find people to help me haul water in and out and 105° weather I have three dogs that I take care of I'm the only one on this run that has to put an easement in he told me basically that. I have dogs for protection mind you because I live out in the country but they can't get to my meter 24/7 because of my dogs I'm 100 disabled I can't walk long stints at all I had my leg severed in 2002 they put it back on but it turned out crooked kind of sways in on the right knee so it's hard for me to carry anything much less 5 gallons of water in the water jugs to take care of me and my dogs I don't think it's right and I think they should have to compensate me for having to do all this. And turn water on Resolution Sought I want them to come put my meter back in and turn my water back on.
