Since November 2022, I have been trying to get my security deposit back from 477 Management. I have been trying to communicate with Walter Flores, the person in charge and every time I call the office he is never there and tell me to leave a message. I have emailed the whole agency as well and no one has gotten back to me. It's like they stole my money and blocked me. I have been waiting for months and no one ever gets back to me for my security deposit. Resolution Sought I want my security deposit of $1750.00 back.

Company states; 477 International Management has reviewed your claim, below you will find our response for your claim in detail: Cleaning fee $150.00: after careful consideration a refund of $15.00 will be sent. (As per your contract supplemental addendum page #20, a 2-bedroom cleaning fee is $135.00) Repair bathroom sink $40.00: Inspection of sink from Bathroom #2 was not satisfactory, the charge still stands. Furnish & install toilet seat $35.00: After careful review between the entry and exit WT, the toilet seat was not reported as unsatisfactory during the entry WT, the charge still stands. Repair and paint wall damages $800.00: After careful consideration a refund of $200.00 will be issued, please note wall damages caused damage in the outlets in the walls, which required replacement.
