My basement floods when it rains in my area. I have sent pictures video's and have been complaining about this issue since May. I now have a bug problem in my house because the company has not sent any one out to clean my basement out. They don't answer the phone for me or if they do I get sent straight to voicemail. They have had several companies come out but they are too expensive and they have tired to rise my rent because of the economy. I let them know I will only pay what I have been paying until this matter is resolved. They will last minute text me to send someone out but I can't get there to let them in because I work and this last minute notice is very unprofessional. I have been sending several emails and texts and nothing has been resolved with my basement. They are putting the blame on me now that someone can come out but I am unavailable to be there. I am beyond frustrated with this company they are very rude and unprofessional. Resolution Sought I would like for you guys to reach out to them to put the fire under them to resolve this issue and have better communication with me as being the tent. I don't have a problem with paying more in rent once the problem is solved. They are very unprofessional and horrible rental company.
