On 09/26/2024 I received a generator from 4patriots. I immediately became aware that the package had been dropped and taped up with clear packing tape. I contacted them as soon as possible and informed them that the owners manual stated that if the product had been dropped it should not be used. They agreed with me and stated they would send me a return box from Federal Express and as soon as I put it in the mail to contact them with the return tracking number and they would send me out a replacement generator. That was (41) days ago and I have yet to receive it. I have contacted them several times and they have given me excuse after excuse with the latest being the return boxes are on back order and they will not have more until the 10/10/2024. I took photos of the damaged box and sent them to them. Resolution Sought I would like to receive the return box and get a generator that has not been dropped and could possibly cause a fire due to a faulty lithium battery that may or may not be damage internally from being dropped during shipping.

I placed an order for the 1800 Solar generator on Saturday September 17th. On Monday September 19 I called and cancelled the order for said generator. The man I spoke with filled out the order cancelation on the 19th. On the 20th being Tuesday I received an email that the shipping label for this order was printed. I called back on this day to confirm the order was canceled and the man I spoke with filled out a order cancelation for the second time and said he would call me tomorrow this being Wednesday to let me know the status of the cancellation before it left the factory. Today I received an email stating that the order was shipped. Now to the supervisor of the lady I spoke with today said they would have to receive the generator back before they could refund the funds for it which could possibly take 3-5 business days. I called to cancel this order 2 times before it shipped. They failed to cancel my order and shipped it anyways now I must wait additional days for them to receive it back and process the refund. I am without access to these funds on a canceled order that never should have even been shipped as I called 2 days prior then I day prior this should have been canceled and my funds released almost immediately as they still had possession of the generator. Resolution Sought Refund $2,740.46. back to my banking institution immediately.
