The reason I am text contacting you is to let you know that I brought a soundright home theater stage for $2400 hundred dollars and no cents. They told me that I would get it in 20 weeks of purchase and I never received it, so can you help me ? Resolution Sought I would like a Cash refund.

Company states; The item shipped on 9/22/21 with Road Runner Freight. It is estimated to arrive at the freight terminal near the customer by 9/30/21.

Company states; Contacting you to let you know that I did not receive tracking information from 4seating.com they are saying that they already have shipped out the item but I didn't receive tracking information please tell them to send me Tracking information to rgnldmiddleton@gmail.com. Tthanks. I don't have any tracking information for this item so how can I believe what they Are saying? It could be a hoax? If it is I would like my money back.
