Food was under cooked. Management was nowhere to be found when needed.

1.) Food was under cooked
2.) Employees not using the proper safety required for the kitchen
3.) No hair nets were used in the kitchen and I had a hair in the food I ordered both times I've visited this place on two separate occasions.
4.) Management was nowhere to be found when I asked for one due to the complaint.

I would like the health department do a walk through or check up on this business because many people have gotten sick already. I do not feel comfortable knowing this place is making people sick due to not taking sanitary requirements seriously.
