50 Floors put down flooring in my home 2 years ago and did not put down plastic sheeting before installing flooring. Came back months later to pull floor up and put plastic sheeting under the floor. Flooring is defective. Resolution Sought Take out defective floor and put in new flooring.

I've install my floors with 50 floor (dining, kitchen, office & bedroom), believing they were a reputable company. I had my kitchen dining area (in one), 'office" floor n my bedroom. They never used material to level the bare cement floor that was carpet floors. However they did use this material were my hardwood floors was replaced - kitchen . However what was offered was at an additional cost which should have been included with installation & price. But instead offered at an additional cost . Of cause I decline additional cost. My floors are now buckling. They came back n touched up the floors in the kitchen but now my office area are now buckling. They will only come to repair at an additional cost since it's pass the Warrantee timeframe. That's unacceptable as I do not have heavy traffic nor water damage to cause thus buckling . I've addressed this with bbb but i am Not sure what the out come will be or I'm my favorite. I've paid extra to pay off this debt so I can move on to my next project. I'm at lost here. The floors are coming loose & I do not heavy traffic nor excess water to result in the floors coming undone. I'm half way threw my payment as I paid extra to get on to my next project I'm at lost here.. how can you help me. Resolution Sought Get my floors to the status they should be. Have them resurface to correct the buckling panels at no additional cost as they proposed.
