Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. First they arrived round 8:30 am no problem, but it was one person. He worked about 20 mins then left stated he needed work stuff came back about an hour later had someone with him. Worked another 40 minutes, left again came back hour later work another 40 minutes left again came back worked another hour left again. He kept saying they needed things for the job then dirtied my carpet with there tools and working so on one of there runs I cleaned some of there mess up and laid an old sheet on my carpet floor and set there stuff on it. What's bad they took my toilet off and could not put it back they didn't call a plumber they told me to call a plumber, which is their responsibility which left me with no working toilet to use. How horrible and to them all day they left at 7 pm. Resolution Sought Give me a refund or some sort of discount for sure.
