Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Customer Complaint

Original installation of flooring was done in March 2024. The subfloor was ripped out in 3 rooms and 2 closets of the house unnecessarily and was tore down to the construction boards causing.seperation of the flooring. Company came back our and did patch work in October of same year causing floor to not be level. Came back out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week and floor is still not level, missing wood work and quarter rounds along with damage to freshly painted walls, missing woodwork and quarter rounds in 2 of the 3 rooms along with a destroyed furnace register cover. Resolution Sought I want someone other than 50 Floor and/or it's subsidiaries to evaluate, repair and restore back to it's original condition.
