This company has done nothing but run me in circles let me apply knowing I was gonna get denied The first time they said they denied me because my credit score wasn't 600 so I ran myself in circles getting things disputed and cleaning up my credit report three weeks later I applied and then they tell me I owe some obscene amount that I had no knowledge of to a property that I lived in 10 years ago which was under new life management and not 5812 investment group at the time. I lived in the property in 2014 they claim I owe them money but they never took me to court or put it on my credit report so how would I know about it? then they told me today that they would not be giving me my second deposit of $250 back because I lied about owing their sister property which I did not lie I would not have applied to a property that was owned by the same company, if I thought I owed them money if it wasn't on my credit report, how would I know about it if they didn't get a judgment in court then they cannot claim that I owe that money. They are not willing to provide proof and they are a bunch of thieves and Liars and I don't like the way they handle their business and I will be reporting this information to the news channels in the city and exposing them for the crooks that they are! I now have less than 60 days to find an apartment and they have gotten $450 out of me that I cannot get back! Resolution Sought I would like this business, too, prove the burden of debt that they claim I owe in writing to my home address I want my money to be refunded because they have ran me in circles and done everything they can not give me the apartment!
