HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEVER BUY!

I have been a long standing customer for years with 599fashion.com and have bought up to over 1,000 of merchandise over the years. They will pay for shipping and free returns ONLY if you send back within 7 days. I was out of town and told this company I was out of town. When I came back the item was actually received 5 days prior to when I came home and they gave me 2 days after coming back to submit the request to send anything back. I sent in my request to send items back the same week and they refused to do a free return since it was not in the 7 days from when the item was received ( when I was not even here) and after I told them I was not at my home and out of town and I even wrote them about this when I pay for the items and specifically asked for a grace period. They said due to policy they could not do anything and I can return the item but have to pay for shipping myself and there is going to be 20 stocking fee on top of this. I will NEVER by from them again and would strongly recommend you do not consider working with this company. HORRIBLE customer service.
