Took my car in for a wheel speed sensor and an air bag clock spring and oil change and an alignment and control arm replacement and I did not get the oil change I did not get the alignment did not get the control arm and I was still charged the 900 dollars they took it upon them selves to change a tire pressure sensor and did a hub assembly I was not notified like they said I would be I had no issues with my cruise control before the clock spring was replaced and now my cruise control dont work i have had my car back to them 3 times and still not fixed Resolution Sought I feel I should get part of my money returned

The customer called wanting a quote on several issues with her car. We gave her a quote and told her we would do our own diagnosis when the vehicle arrived at our shop. After diag. we determined that what she wanted done would not fix her problems, but adjusted all the pricing to stay within the amount she insisted on prepaying. Customer stated if she didn't prepay she would loose the money at the casino. Her complaint is that we did not replace the parts she wanted replace which is correct. but she would still not be happy because that would not have fixed her issues. We did have to warranty the air bag clock spring at no cost to her at all and we have been more than fair with her.

It was never said that I would lose the money at the casino don't tell lies you adjusted the prices so that you would not have to return any of my money and the car is still not fixed it runs worse than what it did before I took it to these people I was there in person and got a quote for the air bag clock spring the wheel speed sensor and oil change and an alignment payed 900 up front what they did was the clock spring and a wheel hub assembly this was not discussed and they did the wheel speed sensor and took it upon themselves to replace a tire sensor that was never discussed did not do the oil change and no alignment there was nothing said about losing the money at the casino for their information I told the girl I had won the money that was how I was able to pay it up front but that is none of their business my buttons on my steering wheel still don't work my cruise does not stay on so they still did not fix what they messed up never had issues with my cruise till I took it to them if I payed for certain things to be done then that is what should have been done not them fix what they wanted so they didn't have to return some of my money

The work done to the car was what the car needed to fix the customers issues. Clearly no matter how what would have been done to the vehicle, the customer would not have been happy either way. We are sorry she is not happy but at this time we are finished with this conversation. Thank You
