My daughter purchased an item online with my permission with my card then decided moments later she didn't want it and cancelled, the item was mailed out anyway, but I returned it the same way it was delivered. I handed it to the mailman and saw him write on the package to send back. This company is giving me the run around for months now, I was giving them plenty of time to give me credit but they have not and I am very disappointed and I am seeking your help . Thank you Resolution Sought I want my money back, I don't want any kind of credit for any of their products, not a business I would want to deal with.

For Buyer Protection policy, If you are unsatisfied with your item in any way, you may contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Or if you didn't receive it, you should have contacted us within 30 days of the ETA or the delivery date. Upon checking your order#NB20210522223820830402560, this item was delivered to you on since June 10, 2021 but you didn't contact us until Oct. My apologies but it does not qualify in the period which is covered by the 30 days policy for Buyer Protection on 5miles Dash Orders. Therefore, we cannot process your request. Besides, we know that you also filed chargeback to the bank but the bank solved the dispute on our side. I received an email to respond within 3 days about this situation that I'm having with this company's policy I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I sent that package back but they would do the right thing but they chose not to now they keep coming up with different reasons to back themselves up which is wrong they should really check out the people that are accepting their mail their returns someone there probably took the package who knows but this is a funky company I wouldn't want anything to do with it. I have a refund coming to me and still haven't received it.
