I reached out to this business inquiring about a vehicle they have listed for $14,995 online that offers financing and trade in assistance. I sent my contact information and never received a response. Upon reaching out to them I was told I would need a $10,000 down payment and that they don't do financing which is listed directly on their website. Not only is it illegal to charge a down payment of more than 10 of the total price but this price was given to me without any credit information or any real reason to deter me from the purchase. I do have the money but feel as though this is being done based on racial motivations. Resolution Sought Treat prospective customers better.
