I went to try to purchase a vehicle from this business. The sales person insisted that he would be able to get me into a vehicle but I had to put it in another persons name and for that person to open a bank account with Black Hills Federal Credit Union with my down payment even though this other person and myself didn't want to do it. The sales person made us feel like the vehicle would be put into my name and in the end I lost out on a $2500 down payment and no vehicle. The other person has the vehicle in their name and so I have no rights to it. I have never had this done to me with any car dealership and I do think I was taken advantage of to make a sale. Resolution Sought Refund my $2500

This is in response to Ms. Kills In Water complaint. Yes, she did speak with one of our salesmen, Sonny, on or about January 11, 2025. As far as the $2500 she states that was needed for the down payment; that was needed at Black Hills Federal Credit union as part of their "first time buyer program". Where the person taking out the loan could borrow 85% of the value and the remainder would have to be paid by the borrower. So that $2500 went to the bank not to the dealership. Ms. Kills In Water was advised by Sonny that since Clint took out the loan with BHFCU, that the vehicle would be in his name only, and that the vehicle would be his vehicle and her name would not be on it because of her credit. After the sale of this vehicle, Sonny was told by Tianna (daughter) that Ms. Kills In Water wanted her $2500 back, at that time she was told that it was part of the loan with the bank and she knew she was helping Clint open an account and get in this first time buyer program with the bank. Therefore, this is a dispute between Ms. Kills In Water and Clint Kills In Water not with 605 Auto Plaza.

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac cts4 from 605 Auto Plaza on Omaha St Rapid City SD !! The cars check engine light kept coming on so I took the car to dealership and Jeremy Co-owner of the business wrecked my car causing front end damage and Not bothered to call me letting me know he wrecked it I called and found out ! They finally agreed to pay the car off but did not refund me for just purchasing the sales tax and license I only made one car payment and auto insurance! I feel they should refund my money as I also had to turn around get another car and ALSO pay sales tax and license again! Costing me another 400.00 all in less than one month ! Thank you. Resolution Sought Refund my money! My car payment the sales tax and license and insurance as I had to turn around and purchase another car (they did not have one I could find ) also I had to pay out more money for sales tax and license again.
