Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

We had a dishwasher installed. The old one was already removed and new one installed. Plumbing company lied about things in their invoice submitted to us. Water supply line and drain line were already installed. Outlet box was provided by me from my purchase at Lowes. My wife did sign the terms of service, I wasn't home at the time. I posted a review of my displeasure with the company. Owner responded that they don't charge by the hour but by the job. Obviously he is NOT very informed on prices to do certain jobs. The job only took 2 and a half hours. The owner claims that his plumbers are all licensed. He has failed to provide documentation for his claim. I am a 70 disabled Veteran and this is unacceptable business practices. If you do your research as an owner. You can get a dishwasher installed by Home depot or Lowes from $200.00 on up. The owner said he stands behind their price. Even though he is price gouging and defrauding customers. Unacceptable practices, uninformed owner that doesn't listen to his customers!!!! Resolution Sought Reimburse $600.00 of the price. Charge back to the company for the outlet box. Provide a detailed invoice for parts used,parts supplied by customer.
