Send a memo to all store refills should be honor at all participating 7 elevens that sell cups

I bought a 7 eleven cup and it came with a coupon for a free refill. This morning I went into a 7 eleven at 226th st and Jamaica ave and the teller refuse to honor my coupon because I did not purchase cup in that particular store. He was very rude .
