He should pay back all the withheld wages.

I recently worked and my boss has been doing some illegal stuff. He has with held multiple peoples pay. He pays some people in cash. The store recently got robbed while I was working… at gunpoint!! I took 2 days off due to this incident and he took me off the schedule completely. Then he messaged me and said I should take time off from the store and would try to work out a schedule if any at all.
