He needs to go.

I went into 7-Eleven last week to purchase an item, and I don't know if it's the owner, an employee. He is. Palestinian, Iraqi, I'm not sure and it really doesn't matter. I walked in got what I wanted and went to the register he came in and started yelling at me for whatever reason I have no idea. I shrugged It off . Not sure what I did and not sure what happened I still am unsure about it. I went in today he was behind the counter. He folded his arms and looked at me and said it's about "respect." Excuse me? I said does this have to do with when you yelled at me last week? , and he stood there with his arms folded and repeated "it has to do with respect" excuse me I'm the last person in the world who's going to disrespect other people . I don't know what the hell I did or what happened I have been going there for 3 years. His behavior was inappropriate . I don't know if he is an owner, an employee, or who he is. But I'm going to file a complaint on his bad behavior and inappropriate conversation with paying customers. I work in the industry of customer service, and what this guy did was rude and inappropriate I will never go back there again I will tell everybody I know not to go back I will go on Yelp and any other site I can. Someone needs to look into the guy and set him straight. He is doggone lucky my husband , or two sons , who work in law enforcement we're not with me.. it would have been nasty. So I am filing a complaint with this gentleman, and company.

The store needs better ownership.

I live by the 711 on del Monte and palm in marina California. It was owned by a man named john for 40 yrs and he retired and a young man who owns it now. Has no idea how to run a business and to walk into chaos everyday to them not having nothing stocked or broken and they get rid of the money order machine is ridiculous. They have a guy in the evening who is a drunk who always bothers people..the store needs better ownership and are only 1 decent person who works there and they work him like a dog..this is the 711 I go to 3 or more times a day and many people complain but i am frustrated because I don't know who to contact to get this situation less chaotic for the customers. very sad. please help get this 711 back together. A new owner for one and more food stocked and a money order machine and better customer service to cut down the lines.
