Very poor treatment by their employee.

The worst experience i have ever had will not ever be returning! We stopped at 7/11 to fill up and also get energy drinks, turn in lottery and then hit the road to VA. I was the next in line and was told "step aside lottery is not important" i have a line! Literally that's what was told me after pumping $50 in gas and wanting to cash in and get more tickets and for holiday gifts and buy energy drinks. I waited while the rude lady took the next two people and then i said excuse me, i was here before anyone. She said "you not important you just get lottery, you wait or you no get nothing" "you not important" when i asked for their boss she said "mr Patel" "you call who you wanna call" "you nobody." I said this is customer service? "She kept shaking her head and said "not important, only lottery, you wait" i said, ma'am i was here before anyone else, it's bad customer service and i just pumped gas!" She then gave me my lottery winnings which were $25 and said "you call whoever you need nobody answe you til Monday and she laughed. I have never in my life been treated with such horrible customer service! It was 12/22/2018 at 1:45pm. they need to take accountability for what has happened. Retraining of course and there needs to be an apology. I'm usually not that person but this was absolutely horrible. You treat people how you would want to be treated and if this is how she wants to be treated, there is something wrong. Upper management needs to observe.
