I went in got $62.00 for gas for my boat..it didn't quite fill, went back in gave another 20.00 on my card. At the pump it popped at 2 dollars and change..I thought it would be no big deal because every time for years they would reimburse the balance..but this particular store didn't..just want to let you guys know, I'm thinking its not the first time. Resolution Sought Too make sure they know I was shorted out money, and that I reported it to authorities, so others aren't victims of theft as well. If they do it on a regular basis they eventually can get caught. If by any chance they have been reported before, maybe I can be compensated, if not they are on record.

The customer can come back to the store for the refund. He should have come back as soon as he was aware this way our store could have refunded him, but you need to come into the store for the refund to be issued.
