Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This 7-11 has had a non functional Electronics Benefits Transfer card terminal for several months causing me to use my hard earned and limited cash to buy food for my child and myself. I have asked the proprietors to please get it repaired and they just ignore me. I believe that they disabled the terminal on purpose for some reason. Please help. Resolution Sought Force this 7-11 to repair the functionality of the Electronic Benefits Transfer terminal
