The guy that is currently working at this time at the Seven Eleven located on Sherman and loop 288 in Denton Texas has a problem with letting me type in my phone number for my awards account I talk to the manager once before about the same employee doing this and the manager did talk to him and it reoccurred tonight, he rung up my items and quickly tapped the register and completed out the order without letting me put in my phone number to give credit to my account, and when I try to bring it to his attention once again he looked at me with a sarcastic smile and told me you have a good night no no and walked away. So again I'm bringing it to someone's attention that this guy has a customer service problem and it's pretty ugly the way that he responds. Your assistance on this employee would be highly appreciated. This complaint is true and correct and I respectfully submit it before the board of the 7-Eleven incorporation. Sincerely Resolution Sought For this employee to be addressed once again and given some type of disciplinary action for his repeatedly behavior.
