I been going to this 7-Eleven and they been over charging people. I said something to the woman that was the main woman. She gave me the receipt and told me to show them every time I come into buy cigarettes. 2 packs of cigarettes with your number put in comes up to 13.66 well they been charging 15.92x Every time I go in and I brought it to the Store Owner he doesn't want to hear it. I bought a bottle of engineer cleaner also. Kept the receipt been trying for over a month to get my money back. I been told only the owner can give your money back. What kind of store is this. He is over charging and putting the money in his pocket. He told me why am I still shopping in his store than. He talks to woman like would a man I am 61 years old and don't need his disrespectfulness. Something needs to be done. Resolution Sought Quit ripping people off especially when they have a receipt to show the cashier.

I spoke to the customer and after discussions asked her to stop by the store along with the receipt, so I can check and take appropriate steps. It seems she understood and stated I was unwilling to assist. Customer service and satisfaction is always our priority. Will be happy to assist her once I see her receipt and analyze.
