I went to this store as I usually do. I've never had a problem until today. I asked the cashier, who is a Hispanic female with black/brown/red hair, for a soft pack of Newport 100s. She told me they don't have that pack so I told her "it's ok, I'll take the regular pack.(I was also on the phone) she tells me again but this time with attitude," I told you we don't have that one." I responded," no my love the regular pack there that you do have." She rolls her eyes and grabs the pack and tells me ," well I don't smoke and I don't know what a regular pack is." I told her, " yeah but I pointed and if I asked for a different pack and say the other one, I thought it was obvious." She rolled her neck and rolled her eyes again while saying with an attitude and slammed the pack on the counter. I grabbed the pack and moved it to the other cashier and told her , "no thanks I'll have her help me." To avoid any further issue. The first cashier hears me tell a friend on the phone that the girl got mad at me about which pack I asked for, and the cashier told the 2nd cashier not to service me. I then asked for their managers information, they refused and both yelled. started recording. They were talking nasty , making threats and calling me out my name. The cashier then came from behind the counter and approached me attempting to hit me. I moved back and told her I'm recording. The cashier made it apparent that she has a personal issue with the comments that were made. Resolution Sought I went to another store to make my purchase, but I would like there to be disciplinary actions taken on the cashiers and would hope to be able to go to the store without an issue because someone has some personal issue. That store is a local go to for me as it's local. They told me they will always give me a problem when they see me. A cashier lacking knowledge on products and then taking it out on the customer to the point of being willing to try and hit them is unacceptable.
