I've been to 82 tire. N lube they did well in with service work to both vehicles...on the thirteenth of June they did very bad work service. Either they left cap for oil or the filter poorly tightened correctly.....within ten to twenty minutes of leaving their business the car shut down. In searching why after leaving them it's was found no oil was in engine. Upon the car being picked up from road oil was discovered onto trailer bed of wrecker which pulled it. I spoke to then she said let me talk to the manager we will help u get temporary car to use that's not good.. she did not.. I went there seeking answers n restoration she talked to a worker then he came out n talked then he suggested the worker which was to do the job n walked out side I walked as well....he told me he just started working a few days now at that time N HE TOLD ME AM THE ONE TALKED TO U ON PHONE.. now she in the beginning said she will talk to the manager..how can he be manager n just started working saying he's a regular worker....they are not doing right thing taking responsibility for the extra of bad work.... Resolution Sought I desire refund, reimbursed for cost of engine , for fee of hiring n paying another mechanic for removal n putting in new engine n time n labor , for hardship of getting to work. And hardship of family member of her work to help me get to work n her as well...then inconvenience of another to situate me n my mom to get to work it's hard..at least six thousand for all that's happened and continuance of struggling to get to n from work which am a out field driver. I need my vehicle as do my family
