Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. In September I signed up for a quote with this company for service, after going thru the procedure and talking to my two partners we decided to hold off which I have numerous emails and a recorded conversation with the agent from 8X8 letting her know we would not be using their service at this time and she acknowledged with a response to let her know when we wanted to. Since then I have received countless threatening emails and bills to which i tried to contact someone to no avail they also have tried over and over to take the money from my bank account. Now they are saying I owe them over $900 in cancellation fees and they are going to do whatever it takes to collect their money for a service I NEVER USED and are reporting me to the credit agencies for non payment. I have tried to contact them by email and by phone nobody is available and the emails are left unanswered. I am left at this point no choice but to get a lawyer involved. Resolution Sought Stop billing me for a service I never used. They need to be put out of service. no company should be allowed to do what they are doing.
