The items and quantities were different than what I ordered. Arabica Coffee Plant - 4" Potted Plant $6.99 Sweet Bay Laurel Herb - 4" Potted Plant $6.99 I can't tell which one was dead because there was no item label, but one arrived dead. Air Plants - Set of 5 $8.99 This item came with only one completely different item. Chanel No. 5 Sandalwood Seeds 10 - Ylang Ylang-Kananga This item was supposed to have 10 seeds, but only had 5. Himalayan Blue Poppy Seeds 20 - Meconopsis This item said 20, but there were so many that I think it was a different item. When I call the number on the site, I get an automated response that says service is unavailable. How can I contact you? I have emailed multiple times with pictures, but have not heard back. The item I ordered was not delivered it was incorrect. The first and second replacement orders were never received. Each time I declined a refund. The fourth time I requested the proper item be sent I was informed they would need my mailing address, again. I provided it and not long after they refunded my purchase stating they never received my mailing address. I never authorized a refund. They have no real customer service. I was told multiple times they would investigate and get back to me. After 5-10 days I would have to contact them again. They are horrible. Resolution Sought Provide the products ordered. Have the decency to contact people. And send me the product I ordered without me having to place yet another order more than 3 months from my original purchase.
