The item I ordered was not delivered it was incorrect. The first and second replacement orders were never received. Each time I declined a refund. The fourth time I requested the proper item be sent I was informed they would need my mailing address, again. I provided it and not long after they refunded my purchase stating they never received my mailing address. I never authorized a refund. They have no real customer service. I was told multiple times they would investigate and get back to me. After 5-10 days I would have to contact them again. They are horrible. Resolution Sought Provide the products ordered. Have the decency to contact people. And send me the product I ordered without me having to place yet another order more than 3 months from my original purchase.

A year ago I bought a banana plant from 9Greenbox and it arrived dead. I contacted them 30-40 at least and got no satisfaction. One time someone responded and then they never responded back. I thought they went out of business or I was scammed. I'm still not sure. There is no way for me to talk to anyone there to explain my problem. It's been a year. Can you help me? Resolution Sought Replace my plant and explain lack of customer service.
