Horrible Scammers

Place on order for Lucky bamboo was given a DHL tracking number and one month later it hasn't arrived, Called 9 Greenbox, emailed, and contacted via facebook, and no response. Now my DHL tracking # no longer exists. These people are total scammers. I want my money back I will Never di business with them again

Received dead banana plant.

Order a banana plant. It arrived dead. No customer service whatever. I'm out $15. This is no way to run a business. Hope for replacement plant or money back. Ray Fan is name that comes up. Help me Ray.
