I purchased a used alternator that has a 90 day warranty. The alternator they have me has given out after 2 to 3 weeks. I no longer have the invoice for that part they sold me. I didn't have the invoice when I took the old one in and got my core of 10 dollars back so they just simply looked it up no problem. Now they are saying they cannot look it up and I should have kept the invoice they will not honor the Warranty without the invoice but all they have to do it's print another one out as they have already proves they could do. They hang up on me the second they hear my voice and are purposely screening my calls so they do not have to honor this warranty. Resolution Sought I would like them to print the invoice, give me a working alternator or a refund.
