CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We paid rent for 4 months and we never should have cause they never cleaned it or anything or clean bedding or Landry for towels and had mice and cockroaches and black mold on the bottom behind door and then hole in corner or the room by the bathroom and they had backed up sewer and a sewer went back up into the sink and the bathtub and would not drain and the toilet would not drain or flush and they had to take the toilet off and we went without a toilet and a shower and sink for a week and they never reimburse this or move us to different room and we had to clean up the feces after it was fixed and the property manager Heather her name is and her ex-husband that used to be there told us that the bedding was going to be thrown away and that they replaced it they always do but they don't it had holes in it the bedroom moldy and then just a couple nights ago her new boyfriend came after my old man and threatened to kill him and a whole bunch of other stuff over the hotel and it's not right when it was her doing not anybody else's and they are doing illegal drug activity over there. Resolution Sought I would like to get my money back and reimbursed for all that because it was their problem not all ours and that day be shut down for good and permanently because they can't keep the maintenance on it or clean it or have a proper housekeeper or manager.
