I signed up for AAA Incase I'd have an emergency since it's really the only option out there. I needed my vehicle towed since it was having mechanical issues. I put in the request and was advised via the AAA application that help will arrive at 4:21. I arrived at 3:45pm on 8/1/22 just in case they show up early, sure enough , 4:21 comes around and nobody has called me , neither AAA or a tow truck. I called aaa and they advised they are still looking for a driver , it is now 5:15 and I'm still waiting. I really don't recommend this service to anyone , they're a 3rd party that depends on local company's to do there work. I'm currently stuck in a bad area and the shop where my car is needs me to get it out of there . I promise to always steer anyone away from aaa due to there lack of service Resolution Sought Do a better job at whatever it is they're trying to achieve.
