SCAM ARTIST & UNWAVERING CONCERN

November 2016 we were reviewing different companies to assist in a divorce whereby we could not locate the 2nd party .. overwhelmed we called this company and a lady names Andrea picked up .. my husband and I stayed on the line with this lady for almost 30mins going over EXACTLY what we needed - we explained to Andrea that time was of the essence and the details of the case. She was very nice .. said that they would be able to get us taken care of in a timely fashion and gave us the prices for regular as well as express service.

PLEASE NOT THAT AT NO POINT IN TIME WERE WE TOLD THAT THE SERVICE WAS ONLY WRITTEN DOCUMENTS - NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE ACTUALLY GETS THE INDEX NUMBER OR SPEAKS TO THE JUDGE ON OUR BEHALF - THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US

We did this .. spoke with Andrea explained the entire issue and what we needed.

Step 2 Starting the service is a 10 minute phone interview. Starting from $199.
We were emailed forms to fill in .. we were having issues with the documents so we called back and asked why did we get all these forms - and also asked to speak to Andrea - we were told that we did not need to speak to her anymore and that this was their way of getting all facts down in writing so they can start the Divorce process

PLEASE NOTE EVEN AT THIS POINT WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THEY ARE ONLY FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK AND WOULD NOT GO TO COURT ON OUR BEHALF IN ANY WAY

Step 3 Services can be performed in as quickly as 1 day.
This was not in a day - we tried out best to fill in what we could as most of the information needed were language of the courts .. the lady we spoke with prior said to only fill in what we could and they would handle the balance and call us if they need anything further.

Step 4 After your documents get filed your local court reviews your case and the court mails you your approval.
NO ONE TOLD US WE HAVE TO FILE THE DOCUMENTS OURSELVES - after we did what we could with the email we sent it back and waited .. and waited and waited .. finally in January we called to ask for our Index Number so we could follow up with the process - again .. we asked to speak to Andrea and was told that we did not need to speak with her any longer and that our case was being handled. So we waited some more. When we called back to follow up again we were told that they did send over the documents to us in email .. my husband asked if we should keep them for reference and this is where we were told TAKE THEM TO YOUR COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND PAY FOR AN INDEX NUMBER AND THEN FILE.

We were DEVASTATED - not only did they was Nov, Dec & Jan .. 3months of time on an urgent issue .. but now we are DEMANDING to speak to Andrea and are told she would not be placed on the phone .. and that they would give a "portion" back if I waited to speak to one of the managers .. I explained that a "portion" was not suffice as this was as a extreme waste of time
