My son took his 4 wheeler there it stayed about 6 months, the owner stated that they can't get a part off, so my son paid him the full amount and told him we will bring it back. We took it back in 4 days, then the owner stated that they can't fix it now, because the frame is bent. If the frame was bent they would of saw it at first, and now he stated that he can't give our money back even if he didn't fix the 4 wheeler, my opinion he is a rip off. Resolution Sought Pay back the money he got paid for the job that he was going to have the 4 wheeler fix. Keep how ever much the parts cost.

Mr. Conahan brought a 2006 Honda 400 EX on November 4th, 2020, for a rear replacement. My technician made several attempts to remove the part but was unsuccessful because the frame was bent. I called Mr. Conahan informing him of the issue and so, to replace the part, he needed to take it to a machine shop so it can be removed safely without causing any damage to the item, after which he was supposed to bring the item back to my shop for repair.Thereafter, I did not hear from him until April 30th, 2021, after many failed attempts to reach him. The repair was left undone for this reason. Hecame to my business and asked for his money back for the parts and labor charged but I informed him that parts labor charge wasnot refundable, since I had money tied up on his item and was basically stored for free for almost six months. On the receipt that Mr. Conahan signed, clearly states that "any item not picked up within 30 days belong to the store, no exceptions". However, I returned his item to him together with the part that could not be replaced, because the old one couldn't be removed.
