We signed an agreement with David Torres of A&D Contracting in 12/2020 to reno our master bath including a heated floor. The floors do not heat properly, some tiles heat one day and others heat another. One area stays very warm all of the time. Mr. Torres sent 3 different electricians to fix the issue, none of the fixes worked. Mr. Torres also hooked up heating pads under the flooring, in the basement, that did not resolve the issue. Eventually Mr. Torres stop returning our calls to resolve the issue. The floors still do not hear properly. Resolution Sought We would like Mr. Torres to pull up the floor tiles to have access to the existing heating pads, remove the defective heating pads and replace them with new heating pads. Also, have Mr. Torres remove the DIY heating pads he installed in the basement that are constantly running. Retile the floors and connect the wiring properly. One of the main reasons for the reno was to have heated floors.
