A&E installed a AC unit and replaced the duct work and installed a furnace late May. Elijah Blanchard told me as a courtesy he would register my unit and send me the warranty information. I still have not received neither a receipt or any warranty info. I called and got the warranty started myself and found out that the unit is used. The furnace does not work and the company does not answer or return my calls. They also installed an ac unit and heat pump for my in-laws about a month ago and unit has stopped working and their calls have gone unanswered and unreturned. Elijah Blanchard was my point of contact. Mr. Blanchard has never provided me with any documentation. He told me he would email me everything but he has yet to do anything he promised to do. All I have are text messages from him. Resolution Sought I would like my furnace repaired and I would like to only be charged for the cost installing a used ac unit and furnace.
