I took my car to this place to be fixed and the person didn't fix the problem and did not replaced the parts he charges me for. Resolution Sought Reimburse at least the money I paid for the repair.

We understand that you want your reimbursement, unfortunately this car was fix over a year ago to be exact on July 9, 2020. We want to remind you that we do offered guarantee on our parts and labor. In which you are more then welcome to return and get this guarantees replaced such as your radiator, break pads, spark plugs and coils, as for the glass change we want to remind you this wasn't done by our shop but we hired another company to do this for you and you had agreed to this, and we do have those received as we'll in which guarantee was only 30 days in which expired last year. If you believed that parts weren't change you should have stopped by sooner instead of waiting a whole year when parts got worn out.!! If you still believed that this parts weren't change we can send you the receipts directly from the store with parts and dates if you liked. We do asked for you to stop making fake allegations to ruin our reputation. Thank you!

I didn't do the complaint before because the pandemic and all the court's were closed. I would like to see the receipts of all the parts that the mechanic said he replaced because I can show you the car still has the same problems. He knows we went back to his garage several times and we got tired of going back and forth and wasting all that time for nothing. Again, the car still has the same problems he did not fixed and he knows better.

That seems a little bit off as we have cameras all over the garage and you only came back ones on July of 2021 ,and to clarify we were always open during the pandemic if you wanted to stop by and get your car check if there was a real problem with the car and not wait a entire yea when parts got worn out , or even make a case on court , courts were still goin on virtually if you didn't know , But Yes of course stop by at anytime for those receipts, if not we can just see you in court to make you happy we have no problem with that , Thank you !
