I have known these people for three months now after supposedly buying a car from them 3 months ago they gave me the car and let me drive it for almost three months without putting a signature on anything these people have some sketchy stuff going on and it is not right after numerous threats I feel disgusted and want these people to pay for their consequences of how many people they have screwed over they are the most disgusting people to work with extremely disrespectful Ameen the disgusting owner of the store is the most uncaring most disgusting person anyone will ever meet as well as Tim the co owner of the store and his son Tony after cursing me and my family out on the phone I got tired of it and am looking for help because I want these people to get shut down because they don't deserve to have not one more person in that store to screw any innocent person over and I have many reason as to why I say all this and I have people to back me up with all this after reading many reviews on Google. I confirmed I wasn't the only person they've screwed over and treated badly and after reading all these reviews these people deserve to be held liable for their actions Resolution Sought I want this business shut down! And put an end to the countless amounts of people getting scr*wed over and money stolen.

Company states: This dispute overall and amount of dispute is beyond unjustified. Mr. Guevara and family had an agreement with A&K Auto Sales to do some renovation work at my dealership. Work to be completed was flooring, etc. We had asked the Guevara's for their business license insurance and certificate of bond which they did not provide upon request yet, we allowed them to start work in good faith anyway. Every time we asked, they did not furnish their license leaving me feeling like they did not have a license to perform construction work legally. Mr. Guevara was interested in a vehicle from my dealership which I did allow him to drive prior to providing his down payment once again in good faith. Once I asked for down payment, he increased the invoice amount of work he completed to offset any funds he was to provide. It was at this time he did not provide us with an invoice so we had to ask him to write one and complete one while here at the dealership. We could not submit payment without an invoice of proof of what I was paying for., I do not operate business in this manner and do not know of any businesses that do. It was at this time he was in my showroom creating a scene, raising his voice in front of my customers and staff which we do have witnesses. My staff and myself have been nothing but very decent and worked with these people the entire time.
