I purchased a Suzuki xl7 from Wimbush enterprise/ A&L body shop in Kinston NC. The vehicle barely made it home before the motor locked up. Know I know we bought it as is. But upon contacting Mr. Wimbush he said he would come look at it. On 2 different occasions he did a no call no show. The purchase date was December 22 2023. It is now February 23 2024. I still have not received tags nor title. DMV states that the title transfer hasn't been done. I've contacted him since he stated he would check on it. And I still haven't heard anything. He will not answer calls, text messages or voicemails. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this individual or company at all. Resolution Sought Make it right.
