I currently try purchased a Kia Sorrento from this dealership. I immediately started having problems with electrical things such as the headlights and such as soon as I drove it off the lot. Now I told them the. I do not this I want something different. This car dealership forces people into vehicles they want you to be in. Not only that they take advantage of women in vulnerable situations. I also have a friend who will be writing you as well. Resolution Sought I want the balance of my truck paid off at the minimum. That I owe to the dealership or loan company and mark it as paid. This dealership could have never had the car I needed.

Company states: The customer purchased the vehicle November 2, 2020. Our vehicles have to pass inspection by the state prior to being sold. We offer a warranty that is valid for 1,000 miles or 1 month from date of purchase. Per our records, this customer purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. If her service warranty is still valid, she can take her vehicle to any service location for repairs. We are not able to pay off the balance of her loan. If she can't find her warranty paperwork, she can contact Credit Acceptance for that information. If she any questions, she should contact the manager directly.

I got a car from the dealership 09-07-2021, had issues after we drove off the lot and down the street. I called the dealership the next day to tell them about the problems. They told us to come back, went back and they did nothing. Monday 10-11-2021, the car stopped in the middle of the road. We had to have it towed, mechanic came and look and stated it is something going on with the transmission. I called dealership, and they advised it is my problem and they will not do anything. Resolution Sought I want to have the car fixed and get another car.
