The shop failed to fix the reported problem. They charged me for service and parts they did not install or provide. They further activated a warning light on my dashboard indicating my parking sensor needed service. The service writer "Juan" was attempting to charge me for four tire monitors when only one was bad. He further told me I needed a new engine even after this shop did a complete valve job on the car recently. I had two different shops check my vehicle and both indicated Nothing Wrong with the engine. Indicating subpar service work on belts, tensioners and proper adjustment of the pully system required. An examination shows they never replaced the belt tensioner and failed to adjust all belts to proper working order. Resolution Sought A full refund paid to them for failure to repair my vehicle. Services not rendered causing me to be without a vehicle and having to rent a vehicle.

Unfortunately Mr. Muse decided to use another arbitration service. Mr. Muse also requested an appointment with myself January 31, 2022 to discuss this matter in detail. I came into the shop to listen to his complaints and come to a reasonable solution, Mr. Muse waited for less than 10 minutes and left. I cannot in good faith deal with two different arbitration companies. Please contact Mr. Muse for clarification on who is representing him. If Mr. Muse thinks its a good ideal to Blast my shop on Google Review and then we should work together to find a solution for all parties involved he is mistaken, Mr. Muse is welcome to forward any and all of his concerns to the following: Legal@artire.com
